pieknits has two styles of slices of pie that I am planning on making as a calorie free birthday pie for a friend. I found another called a slapstick pie, could be a cute project.
A baby tart hat on knitty.
I have been wanting to try my hand at a modified cup pie using the crocheted cupcake and knit cupcake, also the one from One Skein.
And of course there are some cute dishcloth patterns for sale, but right now I am in a free pattern mood.
Enjoy your PieHole projects!!
Let's not forget to post here. I really liked the idea of this group, and it died early this year. Let's bring it back to life.
Hello! I'm new to the community, but a long-time lurker!
This isn't quite knitting, but it is Yarn Art!
I re-watched the series on Wednesday last week and couldn't get the image of the title card out of my mind. The colors are just lovely!
My fascination with the show, coupled with a desire to replicate Miss Pascal’s blanket from Stranger Than Fiction, inspired this afghan. I looted my stash and found the perfect colors. I aboslutely love how the squares I have completed look and I can’t wait to finish it! Only 52 more to go!
I'll remove this is if it isn't allowed. ;)

Recently, there was a Pushing Daisies Themed Craft Swap over at Craftster.org and I just wanted to share the link to the fabulous gallery that includes quite a few wonderful knit/crocheted pieces (as well as many other crafted goods) for your enjoyment and/or inspiration.

ANnd. no I am not done quite yet, Ceemonsters post about Olive's scarf form Corpsicle intrigued me and on an impulse I bought wool roving, here is what I came up with it was knit on size 15 needles, using hand dyed wool roving (superwash) bought from the sheepshed. The purpley additions were my own personal choice and not screen accurate
Since there have been no new episodes, I've been trying to fill my time and have recently gone back to learning how to knit. Emphasis on the learning part. :D
I'm interested in making Olive's scarf from Corpsicle
(http://pushingdaisies-tv.com/gallery/displayimage.php?album=35&pos=883) - it seems the one of the easiest out of all the scarves I've looked at pertaining to the show. Can anyone help me out with how to get that loose look - needle size, type of yarn... similar patterns would be great and much appreciated!
Thanks again in advance and here's to new episodes hopefully soon full of lovely knits!
I made some caps of the knitted items featured on the show. Call it inspiration for future knitting projects.
